Query Regarding Plan Approval !!!

Hello Fellow Mates,

This is my first post in this forum.

I have a site with 30X40 measurement in Vallabh Nagar.

For plan approval, we approached an agent and he asked us to pay money as per below.

1. Pay a DD in the name of "Commisioner, BBMP" for an amount of 11K.

2. Pay a DD in the name of "Commisioner, BBMP" for an amount of 17.5K.

3. Pay 36K to a Canara Bank Account of "Secretary, KARNATAKA STATE BUILDING & OTHER CONSTRUCTION WORKERS WELFARE BOARD" and give him the counter foil receipt to him.

After going through various posts, i found that we have to pay 1% of cess to "other construction workers board".

I saw that many paid only DDs. But have anyone paid cash to this canara bank account ?
