Dear All
I am going to fix wooden finish vitrified tiles for front elevation on wall for around 260sft area. The tile size is 6" x 24" . What is spacer size (3mm or 5mm) i should go for between the tiles for neat and good looking.

Hi
IMO if the wall is exposed to rain and dusty environment then no spacers (dust accumulation etc
) . Else 5 mm shud be good.

Hi,
If you are using tiles for external cladding make sure you use rock cement than regular cem to avoid calcium formations ( white patches you can see on many cladding joints)
Spacer is always recommended by 3mm and fill it with epoxy to get proper water proof ,if you do a paper joint water can seep in the joints and damp the walls .

Hi Sahu,
Dont use cement based grout ,epoxy based is good but expensive .You can use brands like MYK / ardex endura etc. Most of these brands have there own applicators or they recommend some one.
