3 BHK Duplex House plan for Review

Hi All,

I am attaching the plans for my 3BHK duplex house in a 40 X 50 East Facing Site. Please go through the same and give me your valuable feedback

Plan looks good , only point that i wanted to communicate was that in teh ground floor the dining room may block the entry/exit via the back door

Plan looks good. However, internal dimensions are not visible in the attached jpg. Can you upload the pictures with internal dimensions clearly visible, so that we can check and suggest if any possibility for optimizing.

Only three query / observations from my side.

1. How are you planning to utilize the space between staircase - Provision for lift?
2. Store room for Kitchen - not considered??
3. Planned location of underground sump ?

1. How are you planning to utilize the space between staircase - Provision for lift? :- Planning a dry garden with skylight on top.
2. Store room for Kitchen - not considered??- Not Planned for Store..
3. Planned location of underground sump ? :- Guess its in Carpark/. Let me check with my Architect.
