Please review East facing 30X40 Plan

manju , It looks good but where are you planning for the sump ? The only thing i would have done is to have the CToilet to be a bit bigger.

This is actually First Floor. Same floor plan is used in Ground floor with Car Parking and Sump is under Car Parking.

Okay , Living room is big enough but where are u planning to keep the TV ?

I am Planning to fix to TV Bedroom wall. This will also enable people in Kitchen to have glance on TV.
Please let me know your views.

you can as well place it in teh location where you have placed the two sofas in the living room and place teh sofas in the opposite side.This wasy you can view the TV easily without turning your head even from the dining but this wont allow viewing tv from the kitchen.

I am not sure how the engineer has planned the lintel and roof beams so cant comment further.

hi,

you can shift pooja room to 2nd bed room wall facing east (this is also according to vaasthu), so that u will get good amount of space in the entrance wall and you can mount the TV beside the pooja room.
you can also think of shifting main door just nearby to the wall of pooja room which is existing now, so that complete corner of east and north wall can be used for sofa. no disturbances from any movement. also can plan for L shape sofa.

The Space in the entrance might not be sufficient for a car parking; Not sure if you need one or not; but always good to plan for it
