Cement and Sand estimation

Hi all

Iam about to start construction. I wanted to know approx cement consumption (no. of bags of required) and sand consumption (no.of loads/cft required) for a 30 chaddara house ( G+2 floors). This is required in order to do rough estimation of the budget for the construction materials.

Any thumb rule is also fine for me.

You can estimate 900 - 1000 bags of cement and around 60Unit [1 Unit is 100cft] sand.

Around 90 to 100 bags for moulding on 1200 sft site can be taken as thumb rule.
