other construction materials plz. any recommendations on vendors near

Can somebody throw some light on the current cost of construction in Bangalore? Approx. , what budget would need to be allocated to construct a house of around 1300 sq ft only ground floor)?

Hi avian,
In the present market with more stable prices for all the raw materials, you can finish the construction any where between 900 to 1200/- depending up on your finishes and quality.
For a moderate and decent finishes the present cost is 1200/- sft.
Finishes like
1.vitrified tiles of basic cost 90- 100/- per sft
2.stainless steel hardware like tower bolts, hinges, handles etc...
3.Teak shutters and sal frames
4.Paints with 2 coats of birla putty
5.Apex ultima external paints
6.Anchor, gm, crabtree switches , with finolex wires
etc.... can be the finishes material qualities @1200/- sft.

Hope this gives you a fare idea.
