regarding Stilt+G+3 plan

Dear All,

I am planning to construct a Stilit+G+3 on a 50x80 site . . but I am told that it's not as per the BBMP byelaws.
Is it ? even if the height of structure is less than 15m ?

There are lot of things other than only height:

with 4000 sqft, your max construction can goto 7000 sqft i guess.
