I didnt had that issue, my contractor was BBMP approved, and he knew some one which helped me to take care of plan approvals, a little discount in "Office Charges", including road cutting and some other welfare fund deposit all that..

For all the govt work like getting plan approved the contractor got it done from his regular agent who are specialized in this kind of work.

My contractor till now has taken care of all the 56/28 days temporary electrical renewal. Sent you PM. Please check.
