Latest price of construction materials in Bangalore

Post by sano »

Hi All,

I have started constructing my villa near electronic city. I have chosen labour contract and materials will be supplied by me. While I will be posting the cost of materials after procuring them, I would be keen to know the price for which others have purchased them. I would appreciate if fellow members could share the details of materials and their current prices ?

Please share the prices for good quality 6" cement blocks, good quality sand, jelly, tmt steel bars (indus or equivalent), cement etc and the location to get these materials.

My villa specs in a nutshell:
Plot: 30/50 = 1500 sqft
Facing: East
Proposed villa: 2500 sqft, duplex villa (G+1)
Bedrooms: Total (3), Ground floor (1), First floor (2)
Bathrooms: Total (3), Attached (2), common (1)
Staircase : External and internal. External for future expansion
Parking: 1 car, 2 bikes
Water: Own bore and layout water
Sump: 8000 liters

Thanks,
Sano
