Construction & Wood Labour Contract Prices

Dear All,
I have started construction of my home which is G+2, Ground floor 2BHK, 1st & 2nd floor is Duplex. We were initially told by the mason for Labour only contract work for 1 chadra he will be charging Rs 24,000. Also, told exterior chajjas will be charged 50% & sump tank 35,000. Now he has given the agreement as mentioned below. Request you all to review if these charges are correct.

Hi,

I have received below quotation from one the carpenters. Can you suggest me if this quotation is reasonable as per today's labour cost for wood work.

Yes Reasonable, Check Cost of Fixed window with Glass , How is double shutter window frame Calculated \ Charged ?, whether joints will have miter or not
whether pins for window shutter will be included or excluded. Also can you share the contact details of carpenter.
