Labor contact details required

Hi All,

I planing to start house(only GF) construction in 27x40 site buildup area is around 700 sq.feet. I want to give for labor contract. Can you please provide what is the price range for labor usually? any hidden charges and also I want to know what are details I have ask them before finalizing?
