Need Labour Contractor to build my house in whitefield

I would be starting my house construction in a week or two after my loan is approved. Can you suggest any good civil contractors in and around Whitefield who will do labour contract ?

I can suggest our labor contractor if you know Telugu. He is almost done with our home and should be available for next project in around 3 weeks time. He has experienced masons. We are pretty happy with both quality and time taken to complete work. They take leave for about 6 weeks before Ganesh Chaturthi. Otherwise, they live on site and do quality work, very productively.

Though the labor contractor took care of centring, scaffolding and rod bending, we paid money directly to them and contractor was very transparent. So, we know that contractor makes a reasonable <20% money. Further, we didn't pay any advance.

Let me know, if it matches with your needs. Since he doesn't yet do many projects at a time, if you block him for want of material or money, it will hurt him very badly financially.

I went with one mr pachaiyappan for my house construction on a 1500 sqft plot. Bhoomi Pooja was done on 3rd March. As of today, stilt plus three floors super structure completed. Two floors internal and one side external plastering completed. Suited my need.
