Fiber Cement Sheet for Cladding

Dear Experts,

I have question on Fiber cement sheet by a company called Armstrong for cladding the building elevation.

Has any one used it and how has there expereince been. It looks very elegant and appealing. All i need to know is its durability and maintainence.
