SS railing quote - review request

hi,
for my duplex building, i require about 60 rft of staircase railings, for which my contractor has quoted a rate of 1150 per rft for Jindal manufactured stainless steel of grade 304(16 gauge).
the design he has provided me is the one attached herewith.
20mm-small horizontal (6 pipes as 3 pairs with ball in between)
38mm vertical
50 mm for the main holding pipe

this is all inclusive. Is this a reasonable estimate?
