It is inclusive of tile cost .Check for base price of the tile to understand the laying cost.laying tiles ranges from 60-75 per sft based on workmanship and quality.

Thanks very much for a response. I have gone over the quotation quite a few time and Rs 110 per sq. ft. has been quoted for Labour + laying material cost (Sand, Cement, Acid, PoP) (Tile cost is separate)

I am looking for per sq ft. price for laying a vitrified tile for flooring and bath room walls for a total finished job.

The quote should include the following -
1. Sand
2. Cement
3. Acid (for acid wash)
4. Plaster of Paris (PoP) (for covering it Tiles until)
5. Labour
6. Filling Grout Cost.
7. Labour for Acid was and for applying PoP
8. Any other cost that may be involved.

Looking at other member responses/quote avg cost laying vitrified tiles is between Rs 120-150 (tiles cost incuding )with basic tile cost of Rs 50-60. It seems you are renovating your existing bathroom hence they are charing Rs 110 (labour for removing +refixing the tiles + material cost).
