Hello Rajesh

Don't go for the tiger skined one at any cost, why ?

you see my house is also under construction after demolishing old house, so I shifted to a rented house near by and in that house they have used exactly the same granite and same color as in the pic ,it looks horrible and really it is an eye sore for me to sit in the living hall where it is used it is my personal experience and advice you to stay away from it. if you want to have look of it you can visit my house.

hope this helps to narrow down your selection .

Thanks

Thank you shetty sir. My father brought that sample from his friend's construction place. Even that house owner is not happy with that granite. After laying the granite he realized that. So he brought other shades of granite now. I mean the other sample in the above pic. Now i am in full confusion mode regarding the colors.. So, i am planning to visit 5 to 6 houses after that i will decide the colors.. But please give your inputs to.. My hall size is approx 17.5 * 21 feet. So please guide me regarding colors.

Hi
Here you go....you can see many types of granite, but my personal choice in the below order of preference

Baltic Brown( imported from Finland-hence expensive)
Chikoo Pearl( granite from Krishnagiri, you will get only in Gangsize range INR 260-280)
Copper Silk or Camel skin- 225-240( also you will get in Vertical size 130-150 Range, polish will not be that good as the gangsize)
Cat eyes normally in Vertical size 160-180 Range
If you have more budget you can vist "Krystal Granites" on Mysore road,(Near Ramanagar) range start there from INR 300 , but Exotic designs( its an 100 EOU, but also sell for Domestic market, but they will charge full tax of 14.5% on full value( need to check )

Above are for little high end budget

But if the budget is lttle less( in the following order of preference)-below are hard materials and looks great after laying

Antique Brown( INR 133 in RPG-Good polish)
Brazil brown( INR 90-100 in Sheetal jigani)
Adoni Grey( INR 100 in Pear granites -Jigani)
Cheema Brown( INR 90 in SK granites-Jigani)-little dark ( but granite itself is good)

Hope the above gives good overview, if you need more information you can call me on 9980540853 so that i can give more information

Regards
Srikrishna

Today i visited some of my friend's house and took pictures of their flooring. One is very good and rest are average to worst.. I like the first one very much. You can see the joints only when you watch carefully and design, shining is also very good..
