  • Red Brick wall with pillar construction

    wall tiles: 35-40Rs /Sq ft
Electrical : Conceled wiring Finolex Wires, Norwood switches
Kitchen : Granite kitchen platform for 20Ft*3Ft, Kitchen wall tiles for 20Ft length and 7th ft height
Bathroom : wall tiles 7 ft, Jacquar fitting with solar heater, electrical heater lines, CPVC pipes and outlet pipes are finolex
Main door & frame : Burma teak with 6*4 with Antique fitting, godrej lock
All other frames and window shutters are White Teak and all other doors plush doors
Electrical points : standard requirements with one Bed room with AC point
Terrace : Weather proofing with 2.5 ft parapet wall
Overhead Loft in kitchen and bedrooms of 7 ft length and 2.5 ft width
Internal walls : 1 coat white cement and 2 coat emulsion
    External walls : similar emulsion
Additional
  • Any wood work
    Gate on the compound wall
    Electrical fittings (fan, light etc)
Sump & Septic tank - 50% of the sq ft rate
Steps - 75% of sq ft rate. Steps will be finished with step tiles
Compound wall 250/Sq Ft (includes foundation) for a 6" red block work with plastering
Cost per sq ft Rs. 1400 per Sq. Ft

looking for experts opinion on the following
1. Is the sq ft cost quoted reasonable?
2. Is it a standard practice to charge 50% for the sump/septic tank and 75% for steps
3. Portico/lintel(sun shade) are included for the sq ft calculation - Is this usual practice?

Thanks in advance
