Cement OPC/PPC and Company/brand

Couple of questions on cement:

a) should one use PPC for brick masonary in addition to plastering?

b) what is the recommended name (company, brand & anything else) for OPC 43?

c) what is the recommended name (brand & anything else) for PPC 43?

I am sort of confused with the same company with different brand names for different grades or some such thing.
