Contractors and architects for traditional/vernacular house

Post by snithila »

Hi,

I bought a plot in whitefield area recently, and I am planning to start the construction soon. But, I prefer traditional or vernacular style of construction - using laterite stones, athangudi and other types of natural stone flooring,... Something like the projects from http://vernarch.com/

Can someone suggest me with contacts of architects and contractors who take up such projects, and feedback about their work (if you know)?

Thanks,
Sem

Architects 3D Designs or Jsquare project.

If u want to drain your hard earned money then give the construction to this gay, we have given the contract on turnkey basis on 29/Oct /2011 till now the project is not completed. Very bad quality of construction. He says he an engineer and doesn’t know basis civil engineering stuff. We have also logged police compliant against him. Be care full since we built house once in life time. If any doubt any can visit our site at Krishna garden, Rajarajeshwarinagar or contact me at 9845520481
