my neighbour site person went with Rs 13 per Sqft.
Most of the tiles guys rush to lay fast, without proper leveling, checking patterns..

I heard from my neighbour, whenever we buy tiles check all box lot have same batch number. Ensure color variation will be there if its different batch. Its was his experience.
