Construction of House on BDA Site

Dear Friends

I own a site of 1200sqft in BDA Sir MV Layout in 7th Block. Would like to construct 2 BHK + Pooja room,compound with one car park and borewell.
Can somebody let me know/guide on approx cost (complete ) involved if given to a Civil Contractor on today's rate. All the fittings
etc would be normal vitrified tiles,normal bath fittings,one main door strong. all other normal.
