My contractor used MTB bricks http://www.tradekey.com/company/MTB-118978.html
The quality was really good, bricks were uniform and strong. It is around 5.50. Later he changed to LTB (same quality, but bit more stronge), as LTB was the local guy and wanted my contractor to buy from him.
