40x60 site: How many (sewer) chambers?

For my home on a 40x60 site, 3 bathrooms, all located on the far end from the main entrance, my Arch is designing 5 Inspection Chambers (these are chambers for sewer flow). All the bathrooms are together - two on GF and one on 1F. He wants one IC for each bathroom and one for kitchen and two more, which I think is excessive.

I think just two would be enough. Am I right?

These inspection chambers are inexpensive and it is better to go with your architect's recommendation. More chambers help in easy maintenance.
