Cost of Construction in Bangalore

Dear All,

I am planning to build a house on a 40x60 plot in KAsturinagar with a plan for GF(Parking) and 1+3 floor (2 houses each).

Can anyone suggest the total cost to complete the project with standard beam/Pillar construction, so that I can prepare well with finance to complete.

Considering all the expenses ( Construction/Govt Bodies like BDA,BWSSB,BESCOM/Architect/Woodwork/Borewell/) , my construction cost is about 2000/sqft. This is start to end with every small amount , I spent , added .

Overall materials are..

1. White Saal/Australian Honne + Niki Panel Inrernal Doors + Teak main door.
2. Vitrified tiles of 75Rs/sqft + 80/sqft tiles for bathrooms
3. Jaguar Florentine/Hindware/Parryware Sanitary fittings

Cost of construction depends on whether you would want to go for a full contract or a plain labour contract. There is a gentlemen in this forum who completed at 1000/ SFT @ Labour contract....howz that???

As you rightly said plain labour contract would work out cheaper. But the major disadvantage is one our member should be at site at the time work for full day.

Can you share any of your known labour contractors so that we can discuss and proceed.

Hi, construction cost basically depends on ur specificcations,u can do between 1350- 1500 /sft ,good job (excluding ur laissoning works ,common area ,comound ,gate ,etc).
furnish your specs like -flooring (granite/vitrified/marble/etc, wood-teak/honne/sal (red)/etc).
