Bank Loan for House Construction on Gramthana Site No DC Con

Hi All,

I am owning a site in a revenue layout. The layout is formed in a grampanchayat property, not approved by BDA/BMRDA/BBMP. The Khata is B and the area is not covered by BBMP.

I want to construct a house in the site. Banks do not provide loans for B khata and unapproved layouts. However I came to know through some of my friends, that some co-operative bank/NBFC provide loan for construction (not purchase of site) of b khata property.

Would be grateful, if any any share information on this.

DHFL, Vysya, IDBI may provide but rate of interest may be high. So, please check for companies that can process the housing loans with various banks so that they'll approach bank and get the details.
