Compound wall

Hi All

My contractor saying the following rate

digging - 6 Rs
foundation stone work - 40 Rs per Cub ft (depth)*total length * width)
Brick wall - 40 rs Per Cub ft (height*total length) (includes plastering both sides)

Is this rate prevailing/good one?
