Centring for a small section

Hi,
Due to an unavoidable change in the plan, I now need to
do centring and concreting for a small section (approx.
250 sq.ft) in second floor. My previous centring person is not available
as his material is installed somewhere. I contacted
couple of centring guys after taking the references from
the nearby constructin sites. They are quoting 25,000
lumpsum for obvious reasons.

Can you give me any centring person contact for
something more reasonable rate ? Or do I really have
to cough up this amount now ?

Existing centering rates for roof slab is arnd 20 Rs per sqft. This guy seems like he is charging 5 times more.

True, and he does not care about the existing rate per sq.ft.
His reasoning is that for a small section "it does not work out
for him" if he goes by sq.ft basis. May be true but the difference
is very glaring.

In this situation what would be a reasonable lumpsum amount ?

Double the actual rate would be a fine deal .. is what i feel.
So arnd 10k to 12k must be a good deal.

Try to contact Murugan (8095523724). He is a building material contractor and their workmanship is good.
I am not sure if he will take up this work, but in case he does, he will charge around Rs.21 per sq.ft,
