Friends, Can you please post current market rates for labor contracts. I am finding it very difficult to negotiate with electric , plumbing, carpenters, fabricators etc.. as every guy on the street has his own rate.

It would be really helpful for me and people on this forum to know the current rates and would save us from paying more than what it deserves. Please help me in collecting this info at one place.

a) Labor contract for masaonry work per sqft (Masanory, barbending+ centering)
b) Electrical - pipes + wiring
c) Electrical fittings
d) Plumbing
e) Plumbing fittings
f) Carpenter - Box wardrobes / non-box wardrobes
g) Carpenter - Teak Main door
h) Internal doors + shutter
i) Windows + shutters
j) Flooring/tiling - Granite
k) Flooring/tiling - half nosing
l) Flooring/tiling - full nosing
m) Flooring/tiling - Vitrified tiles
n) Flooring/tiling - Wall tiles fixing
o) Flooring / tiling - Garage tiles
p) Flooring / tiling - Toilet floor tiles
q) Fabricator - grillwork outside house
r) Fabricator - Gate
s) Fabricator - staircase grill
