Hi all,

I am planning to start construction for my house soon. The contract is for both labour/material. if any of you have any contract agreement with builder, can you please send it to me? what do you suggest based on your experiences?

Hi All,
I am planning to start a construction at Yelahanka New town. I want to go for Labour contract. The contractor is quoting 1300 for 1 square. Is this amount fair enough as per the market standards?
Also If anybody has the Labour contract Agreement format, could you please share with me. I would like to know what all clauses needs to be included in the contract.

1300/ SFT - the contractor will operate with a minimum breakup of 20% - 30%. This being the case, your actual contractor estimated cost will be around 1040/ SFT. You should be able to imagine the quality/ quantity of material that will be used. This again does not mean to say that if the price quoted is high, the quality would be better. Please personally evaluate his previous projects yourselves & if possible speak to the owners too.
