I need some experts or someone who recently experienced building their house to verify the below rates. These are revised rates after the recent budget.

12 Hand Polish for Doors & Windows :Cleaning,scrapping the surface, applying of required colour,finishing with colour polish with sealer. Sft 45/-
13 Ace Exterior Emulsion : Cleaning the surface,applying one coat cem,2coats of ace. Sft 12/-
14 Apex weather coat : Cleaning the surface,applying one coat cem,2coats of apex. Sft 14/-
15 White Wash with Cement Paint: Claening the surface,applying of 2 coats of cement paint with curing Sft 8/-


NOTE:
1.All Interior & exterior colours -Asian Paint.
2.All Taxes Extra.
3.All measurements tobe taken at site only
4.Measurements are tobe taken for doors,grills by using multiplying coefficient factor.
5.Payment : 50% at the time of work order,Balance as per progress.
6.Beedings -Rft, single railing -Rft.
