Suggestion on construction on 40x30

Hi,

I got a proposal of two 20x30 sites and want to combine and build 40x30 building. Some people say the building won't come good.
I feel it should come well. Please let me know your experiences.

Also, will it be vastu perfect?

Hi Venky,

elevation will always comes good when the width (road side) of the site is more than depth since surface area is more and we can work better options.

Hi venky,
Elevation doesn't mean a make up to the building ,the total building form it self should be interesting .So your planning place a vital role in the elevation. More the road facing better the exterior view, but then running service lines could be a catch .Please go ahead with the deal i find no harm in such sites.
