roof leakage

Hi,
I stay in a G+3 floor apartment, my flat is in ground floor. From past 6 months I am observing leakage in my roof, it is almost in the center. There are no cracks in the floor of the flat above mine, and there are no cracks in the nearby walls also. I feel the leakage is through the electrical pipe. I can see a small crack in the roof near the leakage area. Is there anyone who can deal with such type of maintainance work? I stay near Bannerghatta Road. Thanks in advance.
