Chaitra shelters A katha

Dear all,

I own a plot in Chaitra shelters phase 1, the purchase was done on 2011, I want to convert it to A katha. Can anyone guide me the documents I need and people to contact in Banglore to sort it.

I have been speaking to couple of locals, but not getting any concrete answers. Myself living outside the country is not making it any easy to sort the Akatha.

Your help and support is much needed.
