Mooli Hakku in RTC

Dear Friends,

We have a property, which has proper RTC and related documents.

But when we went for the bank loan, the bank authority rejected to offer loan on the property.

When we checked on the reason, the authority said that the property has Mooli Hakku as documented in the RTC. Hence they were unable to issue the loan.

Could you please help me to understand this issue in the RTC document and solution to rectify the same?

Somewhere in Internet, i found that Mooli Hakku means "Actual owner of the land". No further info from my side.. consult a lawyer
