Update Site Owner Name in BBMP Records

Hi,
I have recently purchased a site in a BDA approved layout[under BBMP jurisdiction now] and need to know the process to get my name updated in the BBMP tax records.
Do also kindly let me know the timelines involved in getting this updated!
