How to do Khata Transfer to my name

Hello,
I have purchased a property in a gated-community in Bangalore. It is a DC-converted property with up to date tax paid. I want to have the Khata made/transferred to my name. Apparently the previous owner of the property handed me the B-Khata certificate from the BBMP. The Khata does not appear to be genuine. The property is situated near Hennur. Kindly help.

Hello harishmk, the name of the gated community is BDS Nagar, K-Narayanpura, near Kothnur, Bangalore.

Pay the Khata transfer fee and get it on ur name.. contact the concerned BBMP office(it would be there in the Tax paid receipts as well)..
