NOC : BDA Acquisition/Notification

Hello,

Planning to buy a constructed property around Kathriguppa/Vidyapeeta area.

But when i approached BDA for NOC (as per the Bank instruction for legal opinion to get loan) , it almost took 42 Days with 9 visits to get the opinion that, intended area is acquired/notified by BDA around 32 Years back, and can not give any type of NOC.

Importantly, 2 sy numbers out of 3 sy numbers, mentioned by BDA that its notified around 32 yrs back, are de-notified around 12 yrs back as per the RTI info available in web, but are not reflected in BDA sy files.

So in these circumstances, how to proceed..? do we need to believe BBMP (which is up-to-date with records) or BDA (which is IDLE from 32 Years and also not getting any info on further plan on notification).

Can you please publish the Sy No. as I stay in the same area?
Near Vidyapeeta cirlce, there were few private layouts BDA approved.

Its 22/3B, 22/2B of sunkenahally village limit... its vinayak nagar, and some part of srinivas nagar circle side.. etc.

Please let me know if you are aware of any of these sy numbers..
