Agreement: Buying land owner share flat

Hi,

Do we need to get signature in the agreement from all the land owners (about 10) if we are going to buy a flat which falls under one of the landowners share ?

or

Is it sufficient to get the signature only from that landowner ?

All landowners and the builder have a JDA which has been registered already
