I am new to this forum, so if I am writing this in the wrong thread kindly move it as appropriate.

I am trying to find a BBMP architect to upload my house plan for approval. I am getting a quote of 10K for just doing this from a couple of BBMP architects I contacted (near Mahadevapura BBMP). Requesting for a reference of a BBMP architect who anyone may have worked with who charged lesser.

At BBMP, if negotiated well, you could get the plan done & approved for 10K, for a plot size of 2400 SFT. Getting this prepared by a BBMP approved architech & uploading, will not absolve you of easy/ early approvals. The BBMP staff, with whom you negotiate, will have a approval plan made by his contacts himself.

Thank you for the reply. So is 10K a valid rate for preparing plan/uploading for approval?.

Yesterday, my friend visited the BBMP office with the drawings for the approval. They asked for 10K bribe no nego. To prepare drawing & approval it's 15K fixed.
