Documents to get from builder after registration?

Hi all,
The plot i'm mentioning is a BMRDA plot and getting the plot directly from the builder/developer.
After verifying the land records, he said its a "Imanath land" or land given freely from government in the year 1981 and the land need not be sold till 15 years. So, the 15 years is over and land has been converted for residential use.
On my own, I got the following:
EC for 20 years, RTC(Pahani) for 8 years, BMRDA approved plan from BMRDA office, Khata from Village Panchayath Office and Mutation.

All the documents when shown with the lawyer, was clean and he said to go ahead.
So keeping all the these factors, what are the other original or any other documents i need to get from developer after registration?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Ramki

you have done good effort in getting some of the documents on your own.

For your kind information, whatever the rest documents you need to get from the developer or get it verified is BEFORE THE REGISTRATION.
Not after Registration. There are couple of threads answered your query within this forum.

Thanks msn1270 for the reply. I read the posts and however, i've few doubts.
1. The layout is BMRDA approved and for that do we need to pay betterment charges or if its BMRDA approved layout, the better charges are paid already by the developer?
2. BWSSB No objection certificate!!! Why is this certificate needed? Please enlighten. As the layout falls under BMRDA and not BDA limits. What is the certificate do i need to verify?

Thanks once again.
