Demand Drafts required for BBMP Plan approval

Has anyone got your house plan approved by BBMP. if so can you let me know how many DD's and for how much you took it.

I'm going with an agent and the the cost of the DD's itself is coming to 55k .. is this true or is he taking me for a ride..

it depends on your site dimension .He cannot cheat you with DD i believe .I gave 2 dds . 1-24k(BBMP com bangalore)+ and 2- 7k+(karnataka labour welfare association).

I paid 2 DD totalling 25k for a 30x43 site with Stilt+Ground+ First

I dont think they can take u for a ride on the DD charges.
