Rectification Deed

Hello,
I am purchasing a site in which 7 members (land owners) have given to 4 GPA holders and have registered the site to the owner(site owner) from whom I am purchasing now. The sale deed was done in the year 1995. The sale deed is perfect except the schedule, where-in the length of the site is given as width and width as length. The approved layout plan and the physical measurements show vice-versa. I have liked this property and want to proceed with this. For the rectification deed should all the 4 GPA holders should sign making corrections to the schedule or is it enough to get the sign from the just 2 available GPA holders. Please advise.
Regards,
BangRan
