Can anyone please help me how to know whether the documents(Sale deed,DC conversion, Khata, BDA NOC) provided by builder are authenticate or not?

Have you found out how to check the authenticity of the documents.(I am planning to buy a house in Ramurthy Nagar, and need to check the authenticity of the documents provided by the owner.)

Hi ,
To check the authenticity of documents you need to get it checked with lawyer and khata ,bda noc can be checked from bbmp and bda office.

Do you know any good lawyer/advocate who can verify and certify the authenticity of the documents? Also, would the lawyer/advocate also verify the documents with BDA/BBMP/BMRDA offices?

I'm finalising on a plot and would like a complete check on the documents and I would appreciate any advice or contact information for the same.
