Sir,

Please clarify whether we get possession certificate if we buy a plot in a BDA approved layout along with Katha by BDA.
If not, which document will provide the dimension details of the plot.

Hi,
If you purchase property then you will get sale deed in your name in which Site No,measurements and boundaries will be mentioned.
Apart from that if society is formed the sites which you referred in your query then possession certificate will be issued at the first instance and finally sale deed will be executed and through which possession will be given.
