How to change name on BBMP property tax records ?

Hi all,

I need your guidance regarding changing name on BBMP property Tax records, please.

I have a B Khatha site which I purchased couple of years ago. After registration I assumed the name on BBMP property tax records will automatically pick my name. However, this still shows previous owners name on Tax records. Khatha has been transferred to my name.

Can somebody suggest how to get the name changed on the BBMP tax records as well ? Thanks in advance.
