Property Schedule in BDA sale deed

Need an help if anybody know about this - We have an old site in Jayanagar. In the early 1957 when the site was allocated from CITB and the sale deed was done, in the schedule/address a cross number is mentioned but later BBMP has changed the name of the cross and Katha is showing the latest cross name. But now when we are trying to get loan for construction - they are asking why the cross name is different and to provide some proof of the change.

Anybody else has experienced something similar? If yes please do let me know what can be done.
