hi all,
i have come across a resale apartment in murugeshpalaya.the plot area is 4000 sq ft.they constructed 1 stilt+5 floors above.the apartment of my concern is on fourth floor(they call it third floor),means it is the fourth floor above stilt.can any one say this is in agreement with FAR for these locality.

get a xerox copy of plan and see who sanctioned the plan. like bbmp or previous CMC or Village etc. how many 1,2,3 bhk in each floor and more importantly the one you are looking in 4th floor.
plan deviation is / will be there, we need to arrive at % deviation. then only one can arrive at amount one need to pay for regularising (Akrama / Sakrama). its still in court. many are waiting.
