Property Tax paid is not updated in the BBMP site

Only 2008 tax paid details are updated...The links are not consistent..sometimes they are activated and sometimes not.
Is there any other site where we can check the tax paid for 2009 as its more than a year. BBMP shouldnt take such a long time to update the details.
Anyone having information on this?
