where to check BBMP road widening projects

Hi,

Recently I visited one of the layouts in Srinivasapura, Yelahanka(Near Bagalur main road, Delhi public school). The layout is around 1.5 km from the main road. And the connecting road is not in a good condition(Its a mud road). As per the developer, BBMP has planned to widen that road to 60ft. and has marked all the properties on both the sides of the road.

Please let me know how to verify the developer is telling the truth or not. Before buying the property, I want to verify if the road widening is actually planned by BBMP or the developer is fooling us just to sell his sites.

you can go to BBMP office near corporation & ask for masterplan book which will give you details on the roads which are going to be widened & to what extent it is going to be widened.BBMP officials will help you find out your area in the masterplan document.
