Khata for flats

If someone brought a flat in a big apartment complex, does the owner get a Khata on his/her name? meaning, every owner of the individual flats will get their own khata certificates? OR will there be only one original Khata for entire apartment building with association?
Some one please clarify.

Every owner should get a Kahata certificate. Original Land Khata will be bifurcated to the number of apartments.
